Welsh Mountain Zoo
Colwyn Bay, LL28 5UYThe zoo is part of a programme to help safeguard the future of foreign species such as the Mongolian Wild Horses, Humboldt Penguins and the White-Fronted Marmosets, as well as our native red squirrels, otters and golden eagles. The reptile house is home to the only breeding pair of American alligators in the UK, whilst children can visit the smaller, friendly animals in pets corner.
